Dunultach

Lovely cottage, very comfortable stay. Private parking & ramp to front door

My husband and I stayed with Elizabeth and John in early June. What a wonderful couple - fantastic house - delicious food and entertaining company. We could not have asked for better and will definitely recommend others. We met people who had stayed at Dunultach multiple times over many years -- chatted with them and even hiked. The Ball's create an atmosphere of friendship and hospitality. They even had suggestions on places to visit (though we missed the summer solstice sun setting over Jura - we were able to chat with others from the area, which is always a treat). If you need a place to stay, for convenience, cost and hospitality, you can't go wrong with Dunultach.

Liz is the best host you could hope to find, after a difficult and muddy walk on the Kintyre Way - right to her door. She is retiring soon, which is a shame for foot weary walkers like us, but lovely for her and her family of course.Friend and I stayed two nights, and couldn’t have been happier with the comfortable beds, hot baths, superb meals, generous whisky each evening and just general kindness from Liz, who couldn’t have done more for us.

So whilst doing the Kintyre Way me and my friend stayed for 2 nights. Dinner, bed and breakfast. Amazing. A great welcome and looked after by Elizabeth and John. Food was gorgeous, as was breakfast. Anyone staying here will not be disappointed.

We stayed at this beautiful cottage in August 2023 it had all we could have wished for location is lovely Elizabeth and John are very welcoming and friendly definitely would stay her again very secure garden for dogs

Very beautiful quiet place, among the mountainous pastures, greenery, water and sheep around. A good place for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
