Really helpful member of staff that wasn't pushy at all. Good selection of cars that were all unlocked so you were free to open them and have a look inside etc. They all had printouts full of info like the mileage, specification etc that you could take away with you to compare and think about.Completely different world to Trade Centre Wales where we had just come from before, where all the cars were locked, no information on them other than the price so you always had to ask a member of staff to look it up for you, then you feel really annoying when you're trying to compare 3 or 4 cars etc.Overall very impressed and will definitely go back again.

I bought a Suzuki swift today from the crosshands site , extremely pleased with the car and the service that I received, every member of staff was very polite and easy to deal with. Salesman was not at all pushy, This is the second car which I have purchased here and would definitely use again, would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this firm if buying a second hand car. Their after sales service is second to none. My son and daughter-in-law bought a car there and if an issue was found Ron Skinner got on with it no questions asked. To all the staff at the crosshands branch I would like to thank you big time. Firstly sorting the issues out promptly and secondly treating my son as an adult. With his previous deals with car sales with a well known dealership was well let's say we would of got better from a child from play school. Well done Ron Skinner.

My daughter bought a car from them today really friendly sale man help us with everything we needed didn't pressures her to buy the car .went through all the options than she needed. Scored 2 star as I phoned to ask about a car and was told I couldn't see it as it may take 4 weeks to hit the shop floor. If I wanted to see it I'd have to pay £99 deposit. On closer inspection of the car pic i could see there was nearside front wing/bumper scuff, front bumper missing tow hitch cover also. Doesn't really give me confidence if this is the quality of car advertised online (19 plate mazda mx5)Also to make it easier, show which site the car is on, when you advertise online safes guesswork driving to the wrong branch
