Had my order forgotten about at first despite my receipt laying on the counter for staff to see. When my drink was made, I waited for my cake and then was asked what else I was waiting for! Not great but appreciate it’s a new store

Lovely coffee as per usual at Costa. I would just be mindful of how long you are parked as there is a time limit of 3 hours and you will be issued with a fine if you go over this. Yes, there are signs although you don’t always take notice of them when nattering with a friend on the way in. It would have been helpful of the staff, who weren’t busy, to politely let us know or at least have it on the wall in the dining area. I won’t be visiting again as I find it rude to clock watch when you’re catching up with an old friend.

ExcellentI went through the drive through yesterday, the guy on the counter was enthusiastic, friendly and helpful , needs to be rewarded for such excellent service and the coffee was excellent tooGenuine 5* experience
