Staff accommodated us late in the day for a PerfectFit harness. Made to feel welcome & not rushed in the slightest. Lady ensured our pup got the best fit possible & happily changed the colours when I changed my mind. Both girls scored for a complimentary treat each too. Excellent service & no hesitation in recommending

Me and my husband went into the shop this morning to get some treats for our 10 week old puppy and everyone was really friendly and helpful. I popped into The Dog’s Dish today to see what was there as I am due to collect my new puppy in a few days and wanted an idea of if I could get what I thought I’d need for her locally. As soon as I went in, the lady at the counter (Mags?) was so pleasant and only too happy to help. She gave me so much advice about so many things including the huge array of healthy treats, natural parasite control and dental health items, suits and coats, socialisation and so much more. I was in there a good 45 minutes and, although I only bought two rabbit ears, I came out with a whole lot more advice and information to make bringing up my new puppy an easier one armed with so much more knowledge. I’ll be back in about a week with my pup so she can sniff the delights at, what I’m sure will become, her favourite shop.

Excellent variety of food, accessories and bits and bobs, knowledgable and friendly. Even though its a bit of a hike for me, well worth the journey.

Feels like a lovely ‘dog hub’ when visiting the store for my weekly shop of nature’s menu raw, platinum dry food and natural treats such as chicken feet and beef tendons. Claire has a great selection in stock and will order in anything that she doesn’t have. She’s the only fitter for ‘Perfect Fit’ harnesses in my local area so took my smaller boisterous jrt cross in to get one to fit him correctly.
