We needed a boiler service carried out and a couple of small issues sorting - a leaking radiator and towel rail that wouldn't heat fully. Peter arrived on the day, on time and with everything he needed to carry out the job. He was presentable and worked very clean and tidy throughout the job. The job cost exactly as quoted. We feel he provides excellent value for money and we booked him based on a recommendation from our neighbour who was more than happy with work undertaken. We will definitely be booking again for our annual boiler service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services

Really pleased with the work Pete carried out, installed new radiators and replaced old damaged pipework under floorboards… really competitive price, very neat and tidy and also super helpful when I was firing questions at him about the problem. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be recommending to anyone who needs a plumber!

Attended to an issue with a leaking bath with virtually no notice today. Sorted the problem way beyond normal working hours with minimal effort. Wouldn't want anyone else doing work for us. Thanks Peter.

Pete came and fitted a water heater for me in my flat and took out an old boiler that wasn't working. He was very professional and prompt on the day explaining all the workings of the new water heater so I knew what to do going forward. He clearly knows his stuff. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and would use him again in the future should I need anymore work doing in my flat. Top service and lovely guy :)

Our boiler was in the process of dying. From the start of the process, Pete was very professional, coming to undertake an in-depth review of the situation and talk us through the various options available to us with the existing set up and to future proof the system when changes were made. Speedy response with the quote and provision of timelines when the work could be undertaken.Pete and his co-worker arrived when they said they would, were very tidy and courteous in the house, they worked super hard and completed the work within the day they had promised.After Pete replaced our boiler, the one in a rental property also required replacement, again Pete was very efficient in getting back to us and in undertaking the work to get heating back into the property as soon as possible.Would highly recommend Pete, both experiences were stress free as we were confident in what Pete had advised us in and in his ability to undertake the work.

I have had 2 jobs now through PCS and Peter is amazing! Super professional, really competitive prices and a very friendly service. The first job was a boiler change and when I left in the morning I returned home to a shiny new boiler, warm home and zero mess. It was in a tricky spot, but everything was sorted straight away. The second job was emergency work and included changing 4 taps and a shower unit. He didn't want to leave me in the lurch so came after a long days work and sorted it that evening, hero! Thoroughly recommend.
