Robert Dyas Crawley

Very well stocked branch of Robert Dyas. Sadly didn't have the one item I tried there for. In hope of finding. Apparently I find, shopping mall stores and high street stores of this company have very different stock lines. Found now asking here that I could order in what I want to at my EG local branch though. If only the EG home branch had told me this! Rather than saying they will not be having it again now they're out of stock of a seasonal item. And directing me to check other stores.

I was visiting my daughter. We went shopping Tuesday. I bought a frying pan and kitchen scissors. Really helpful staff. I bought on recommended and was really delighted with my purchase. Sadly don't know staff members name. But there is too little positive feedback for good people. Thank you!

It is very unfortunate that I have experienced the worst customer service experience ever at county mall store on 17/09/23 14:28:06Staff 23945 - trans 86548I was looking to buy a injet cartridge but was not sure which one is the right one so I just wanted to have a look the serial of my printer series on the cartridge first , I went to the lady (with short Bob style) and asked her could you please give me no 301 , she came with me very unpleasantly asking ‘are you sure is it the right one ? ‘ I said I don’t know I need to see the serial number , she took it off from security tags (red) and didn’t let me see it by my self and maintained a distance hoeing the back of the cartridge didn’t bother to search where is serial numbers are on the cover , I felt that she suspects me of running away with it.Then i paid it and checked the serial number which was on a side of the cover and saw it wasn’t the right one and realised it’s 305 so I went back her and said I’m so sorry could I have the 305 instead sorry about the mistake . She was so rude (the rudest) her facial expressions went so bad and asked his colleagues “could you please get that to her I can’t get those I have to climb up otherwise “Very unprofessional.she went near the other lady and rolled her eyes said something about looking at me . (I hope you have till cameras please have a look her behaviour of ignorance ) they both had a lovely mocking moment at work.I felt embarrassed and unwelcome at the same time . I my self a sales assistant , i do understand the risk of high tech items and the importance of keeping an eye on but without affecting the customer service you provide.I hope as a company you trained your staff to be friendly and welcoming the customers without any judgement (skin colour,background or anything) but again unfortunately it wasn’t there today at this store. ☹️

It's a limited store, oft on the higher priced side of things. But has variety and quality items. I'd still rather get my light bulbs from Statix but for everything else I'll always give Dyaks a turn.

Very good service as always. Pleased with 3 items bought. Store well laid out but could do with extra space e.g. Transfer to part of the old Debenhams if possible?

Good for most home ware items. Reasonable prices. Things Can be difficult to find as can sometimes be staff too, but once you find a staff member to help they are polite and friendly

Good deal on tower air fryer , so far can't fault product .

Very helpful staff with a good sense of humour, even though I made the good jump. Well laid out store easily negotiable with my wheelchair. Easy checkout, again wit an assistant with humour. Goo shopping experience even though I didn't spend much. Thank you.
