Keenan @ KLJ Coaching is Highly recommended. He is friendly, motivated and makes you feel at ease. His studio is fantastic, with excellent equipment for all abilities. I have throughly enjoyed my 8 week session plan with him and can't wait to start the next set.

Since this Keenan has more than helped me with not only intense 1on 1 sessions with my personal fitness, as well as construction of my ACL. But he’s helped me earn knowledge of what I can also do myself whilst on my journey to both full fitness and muscle growth!

I've attended classes with Keenan for a few years now and just finished a PT block. Keenan is always professional, very motivational, always happy to help and provide additional support if you are unsure of anything. Keenan always keeps in contact with his clients to check their progress and well-being. I will definitely continue to attend classes with Keenan and will be booking another PT block after lockdown.I highly recommend!

After my partner suffered an accident which resulted in a leg amputation he completely lost all confidence and interest in any exercise. After gaining a lot of weight he decided to do something about it. We found KLJ Coaching and haven’t looked back! Through Keenan’s support and encouragement he feels motivated to keep going. Keenan listens to his particular needs as an amputee and ensures he pushes him to be the best he can be. His fitness, confidence and weight have all improved thanks to Keenan and we cant thank him enough for all he does and the difference he has made. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a PT who makes you feel comfortable, confident and gets results.

Great PT who knows how to get the best out of you. Always feel like I’m pushing my limits and progressing.Keenan has helped me to continue doing the sports I love even after I was advised to give them up as my body wasn’t able to cope with them anymore. Keenan listened to my goals and instead of telling me they were unrealistic he worked out a personalised plan to achieve them.With Keenan’s help I went from being told to give up running in May to completing 2 half marathons within a month in September. Can’t wait to work on my next goals in the next of block
