Paul installed our boiler and has serviced it ever since. He is efficient, tidy and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him. As with every good man, there is a good woman behind him and Amanda deals with the admin in the same manner.

Paul has been looking after our heating for some years now and I have always found his work to be exemplary. Amanda also ensured that Paul was available at very short notice to repair my boiler when it stopped working. I highly recommend!

I have used Paul for everything from a new boiler install and servicing to smaller repair jobs around the house. The work and aftercare are excellent. Amanda is always prompt and clear in communications and always endeavours to get jobs booked in as soon as possible. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

Very pleased with my experience with Direct Heat! And would recommend them to anybody without hesitation. They really can't do enough to help. Exceptional service and communication throughout and work cleanly and respect your property. Very knowledgeable and even give yearly service reminders. Brilliant!

We recently had Paul and his colleague out for a boiler service. Both were friendly , knowledgable and carried out a great service at a great price. Paul gave advice on boiler settings to avoid unnecessary costs and said if we have any issues to contact him and he would be more than happy to help. Great communication from Paul and Amanda and I would definitely recommend to friends and family .

Our boiler broke down in the middle of the night and was leaking water. Paul was at our house first thing in morning to sort the issue and was very friendly and professional. He gave us options according to budgets and fitted the best boiler to our requirements withing two days of the break down. We also had a further issue with our gas meter (no fault of Paul's) and he Paul came out and sorted the problem on a weekend. Couldn't of been happier with the service would definitely recommend.n

Paul and Amanda have done a lot of work for me in my now house. Repiping/fitting radiators, fixing leaks and fitting hot and cold water systems and completed to a high standard. Would 100% recommend.

I have used direct heat on a number of occasions, for my boiler needs. Iv had a partial service, iv had advice over the phone ( of which they wouldn't take payment for), iv had a strip down service, and boiler repairs. They are the only buisness I call for my pluming and heating needs. The prices are more than reasonable, Paul comes in and its as if I have known him years, very professional but also very sociable, he even takes the time to interact with our puppy.
