Mad About Gifts

Ordered over £100+ worth of goods... waited 4 weeks after emailing (only contact available as number is invalid) demanded 2 know where my items were was told they hadsupply issues... 6 weeks later still not received anything... emailed approximately 12 times now 2 b told that I basically can't have a refund but I can wait even longer as they still haven't received the items from the supplier but when they do they will b sent on to me even though I have made it clear I want a refund now as it's taken want too long...DONT USE THIS COMPANY ITS RUN BY EITHER A BUNCH OF CON ARTISTS OR NEANDERTHALLS THAT HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!!!!"

i would have preferred to have option of giving zero stars but 1star is th lowest it allows you to score.... as the previous reviewer has said i advise anyone thinking of making a purchase from the MAD ABOUT GIFTS website DONT DO IT. I also was told when I contacted them reg an order i hadn't recieved thst they are stil waiting for it to come in stock from their supplier.... so why allow us to pay for goods they don't even have in stock then! nearly 4 wks stil not recieved it and they have stopped responding to my emails. rip off con merchants

Ordered item 3/6 never arrived no response to messages phone number does not exist! Beware!!!
