Came in Thursday and was served by a very polite young gentleman named Shawn. I was unsure of what I wanted and Shawn offered great suggestions and choices and I left feeling extremely satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend Loake for its friendly personal service and great quality

I've traveled to over 20+ countries and this was by far the best shopping experience I've had at a shoe store.I bought the Adders suede shoes and they were supremely comfortable and handsome.But it was the customer service experience that really set this store apart; Will truly went above and beyond with his service (even giving a complimentary polishing service).Needless to say, you have got yourself a new loyal customer!

Went into the store to find a pair of shoes I've wanted for some time. Unfortunately they didn't have the ones I wanted there. However I left after looking at 3 other possibilities. The store lady was superb spending time explaining and fitting a similar shoe to what I wanted. Her name was Pienna and was great. Hopefully I'll be back. Great fun and truly beautiful shoes.

Save yourself some money and avoid this shop. A very unhelpful who I could assume to be Canadian interrupted another colleague serving us. His attitude came across very rude to the staff member and ourselves. Was not the experience one was assuming or expecting

All of the positive comments here are from our experience with Marcus which has been exceptional…he truly cares and is a pro!Marcus is now moving on and unfortunately I visited when his manager was there.I got a very negative and poor service from someone who evidently didn’t care, even though had traveled far to spend £££.I refunded in the end!I emailed their head office and they merely thanked me for my feedback.I won’t be shopping with Loake again…back to Crockett and Jones for me.I can’t see this shop lasting unless they sort it out.All the best to Marcus…

Fantastic staff member by the name of Damian was a brilliant help in finding me the perfect pair of shoes. Found myself smiling during the whole experience.I often struggle finding formal and social shoes due to my flat feet, after a short while I walked out the shop wearing a fresh new pair and another in the bag.Will most definitely be shopping at Loakes again. If you do, ask for Damian.
