I got wallpaper from ere last week as I’ve just moved into my new house, i wanted to exchange the one I got for a new one, I didn’t want my money back just a exchange I didn’t have the receipt but I showed him my on line banking I got it from that shop and the won’t even exchange it, at all they was very rude if you ask me, I could understand if I wanted money back, but I did not, Now I’m out of pocket and will be getting my wallpaper from elsewhere just letting people know there not very helpful there way or no way…

Went in for wall paper good choice, but staff very ignorant. Did no look up from being on the computer when I walked in. When I paid did not get a please or a thankyou won't be going in again. Very very rude

No respect for residents around them, they have a carpark which seems to get used less than outside my house. Forever having to move cars for people who have ignorantly parked in the corner and inevitably get blocked in.Al Murad aren't interested when aproached.

Just took 2 rolls back for a straight swap, turned out they only charged me for 1 roll so I exchanged 1 roll and paid for the other!!! Easy really but no he was insisting I was somehow ripping him off and I heard him call me ignorant.. always go here not anymore you ain’t getting a penny of my hard earned money!!! IGNORANT

Great store this for all your decorating needs not expensive and is competitive with the big stores. Friendly staff. Will definitely be buying there again. Second trip just as good.
