Can't recommend The Proper Pizza Co highly enough. Superb pizzas, an excellent selection of craft beers and absolutely fantastic service. Customer service is clearly top of the priority list. Thanks for this evening (Saturday 11th).

Wow what delicious pizzas! A great selection, with specials too, generous toppings. Eat in or take away. Weds to Sat eves. Craft beers, non alcoholic beers and soft drinks available. BYO wine, corkage v reasonable. Just a couple of tables and bar stools inside in the winter months, plus tables outside in the summer. Owners James & Mary Jane very friendly. We'll be back!

If you love pizzas then give this little place a try. You will not be disappointed. The pizzas were amazing!! The owners were absolutely lovely people. Very welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be going back.

If you haven’t yet tried this place then don’t hesitate.First of all, the staff, clearly a couple with a passion for what they want to do, despite their business at the time being struck by Covid they did not give up their passion and proceeded to open up this amazing pizzeria.Secondly, the cleanliness of the venue, everything is immaculate, clean and tidy.Finally, and trust me I left the best till last, the pizzas, oh my god amazing, not only do you have the choice of the menu they will create something on a personal level for you. We’ve been to Italy for the cuisine but I genuinely don’t think we’ll travel much further than Aylsham for the foreseeable. Just need them to do pasta now.For an incredible pizza by 2 lovely people give this place a go!

We have been here twice and will definitely be going back! Great pizza, freshly made and cooked whilst you wait. The owners are so friendly and made you very welcome. Definitely recommend the Donna Stella pizza ! Immense!!

Such a wonderful birthday lunch for our 6 year old yesterday. Fantastic food and service as always from the amazing MJ and james. Thoroughly recommend them for any occasion, but great to have a party in the courtyard. Thank you both xx

Always a favourite in my family.My mum and uncle go quite often and I always join when I'm visiting.You are always greeted in a friendly manner and have excellent pizza made however you wish.Keep it going!

Lovely and friendly service, although we don’t frequent a lot but every time we walk through the door we are greeted and remembered, which is something that will keep us coming back and of course the PIZZAS!! I’m not going to give an overview of the menu but will say I’m very picky and I love good well made food and this is that. Great choice always extra bits on menu. Local business I’m happy to support

Wow, wow, wow, what an amazing find. We are on our holidays & for our last night decided to have pizza. Such a lovely and warm welcome from the owners, great to see everything made and cooked in front of you. Absolutely amazing pizza so tasty.
