Favorite Chicken Crawley

Excellent service. Staff are polite and prompt. The food is well cooked and very tasty.

I will never buy from this shop never again this is the forth time they done this to me very cold and old food and when i ring them they say sorry but we will give you free food but i always pay .but this time its finally. I made my mine

They just put BBQ sauce all over the chicken wings in the box making it too messy they did a lazy job not happy

Ordered through Just Eat and won't be doing that again. I don't know who's Favourite Chicken this place is, but it isn't mine. Cold and dry. Hay ho, you live and learn...

Favourite Pigeon at it again, food poisoning today no surprise as didn't expect the chicken to be this badly undercooked so took a bite before seeing how undercooked it was. Delivery was before stated time on Just Eat, if only they used a bit longer to cook their food properly

So I placed my order at 21:32 to be delivered to my doorstep. At 21:54 I was told my food has been dispatched, so I go sit downstairs and wait. I live 5 minutes away from favourite chicken. At 22:06 I go outside and see someone in a car facing the direction of my house With the high beams on towards me. moving about, getting out going back inside of their car. Going in and out of the passenger side, at the time I just thought this was a neighbour cleaning their car out. I go back inside because it’s cold.At 22:18 I receive a call (I was outside at this point) saying you ordered favourite chicken, could see the guy who has been messing around with in his car for the last 12 minutes is the person calling me. I told him I do not want the food as it’ll most likely be cold or he could be tampering with the food. On this note I report it to favourite chicken and explained what had happened, they tried claiming the driver has been calling for ages which he hadn’t.They asked if I would like the driver to come back and give me the same food, at this point the food has been getting cold for 25/30 minutes. I said no because I don’t know if he’s done something with it and it’s gunna be cold, the person at favourite chicken hung up. The worst resolution I have ever seen. They need to be retrained on what the customer can see, the driver clearly saw me at my door step even going out to the gate a couple of times, and then need to be retrained on correcting the issue at hand.

Better service and food than Dixy

Ordered a chicken burger on deliveroo and the burger was not even cooked, it was pinker than Britney spears after a sun bed. Not happy at all and won't be returning at all.

I ordered via Delivroo on 16/3/22 for lunch. Speed of delivery and taste of food was great. However, I was put off by the fact that the paper bag in which the actual chicken box was contained was stapled. Staples and food do not belong together. Perhaps you could have sticker seals to secure the paper bags like McDonald's has?
