A great idea to buy from here, firstly you help a fantastic charity and second you recycle products and help to save on waste,this throw away society needs to change, the furniture is of good quality and the choice is very large

I did not want to give negative review because you are charity BUT you have made me do this and talk about it.I have always been your customer since 2017 and also donated stuff to you without seeking any benefits.You have played a fraud with me by selling me broken machine, and the later refused to take it back saying that you don’t take faulty stuff!!!!!!!!You also did not take (as donation from me) the stuff (like shoe rack) brought from BHF saying that you don’t take those…!!!!!!!!?Your driver took pictures of the machine saying that manager will contact back, but did not receive the reply. Called you myself twice and you say that you will come back to me but no response. In the end, had to dump it to recycling centre.Very disappointed with your non-professional and un-ethical behaviour.

Driver swore and said he would reverse in to our car if we didnt move as he wanted to mount kerb to deliver or collect and item at 71 you dont need that

Terrible experience. I had to wait forever for my order . I will never buy anything from this shop again . They are rude and have no respect for time . Do better even if you are doing it to save lives . Nonsense

I came here to get this bed and mattress, we went and chose one and they told me they will send it to our adress, the next day when the delivery came the bed frame was okay but the matress was not the one we chose and it had this BIG mark of pee on it and it was stinking of pee, when I went for a refund they denied it nor they exchanged it, also we bought this bed and matress for 90 pound but they charged me 115 and they still didnt send me back the 25 pounds they own me.If you are thinking of going there please bare in mind if they fraud with me you could be the next one.I wont go ever ever again to any of their branches.

Visited here today and had a browse. Waited at the till to be served and the staff ignored us and then when they did notice we were there they were so rude!I would never buy anything from here and would urge other people to avoid this shop also. It was 2 women behind the till. They had no idea about customer service or general manners.People donate to this charity out of the goodness of their hearts and then the staff treat customers awfully!Don't visit here.
