Came across this place while taking a stroll in Chinatown and remembered seeing it in some of the social media posts. At first sight you will notice long queue in here. When we entered realised most were waiting for collection. We ordered some chicken popcorns and crispy lotus stems.Once you place order, select up to 3 spice topping, get your receipt which has token number and then wait.We were approx 20th in queue but noticed orders were going very quickly. But we waited for like 20-25 mins which was a bit of pain, not sure which one took this long-the popcorn chicken or lotus stems?!!After the tedious long wait was over finally it was time to eat and enjoy. My other half really enjoyed his chicken popcorns. They were reallly crispy and the toppings made them perfect. The crispy lotus stem was not crispy at all. They were kinda tasteless but the spice-toppings made it taste good. Would have loved if they were crispy and crunchy.

Gave this place a try after all the hype, food is mediocre, waiting time is terrible. Overall experience was not great, not worth the hype.Waited over 30 minutes for chicken thigh, not much flavour to the meat. Squid is quite tough and the karage had heavy coating of the batter mix. The fried lotus root was very good though.

I won't recommend to to be ordered as delivery .I am very disappointed on the quality of the food today with my order through Uber eat.I understand that as it fried food, so the food might be a bit soggy when I received it.However, the 2 key issue is lacking of favour in the fried tofu ( can't taste any of the favour that I requested to put in) and the “volcanic cheesy chicken” has been overlooked/ or been cooked for very long time with a really thick coating. The chicken became really hard and even difficult to Cut throughI used to love going to the shop to get the Taiwanese chicken and tofu. So I am hoping the food will be done better if I collect it and eat it straight away, it will be a real shame if not.

One of my favourite places to eat around central/Soho! Been coming here for years and realised i’ve never sung its praise through a review. This is a MUST VISIT spot and if you’re local and plan on returning then definitely grab a loyalty card as you can get a free bubble tea and chicken after 10 stamps! Also all the chicken is HALAL!The popcorn chicken is the most popular, but I recommend getting the chicken strips because it is just as good (if not better) and normally takes quicker to get made so you can avoid the 20-30 (sometimes 40) minute wait time for your food. Popcorn chicken is definitely the most popular on their menu so this is something to consider as you will for sure be waiting for it to get made unless you happen to arrive whilst they’re already making it fresh. Also tried their volcanic chicken ones but i would say it’s not worth it compared to these two classic items. As for seasonings, which you get to choose up to 3, I normally opt for a variation chilli, garlic and plum or sometimes seaweed. It can be intimidating to come here for the first time, especially when it’s busy, because it’s a small shop with a tight squeeze and there’s normally a lot going on, but take you’re time looking at the menu and the seasonings and take your pick! if not i would highly recommend trying what i’ve recommended here.Again this is a MUST VISIT in London.

The popcorn chicken was one of the best tasting foods I’ve had in China town. Absolutely delicious and the portion size was huge so definitely good value for money. I recommend the chilli and garlic flavour.

The volcano chicken is huge!I thought I was getting something the size of my palm so I was shocked when this huge piece of chicken was presented to me.It's like 2 chicken breaststroke stuff with cheese then fried. So good!Tip for first timers: when you order any chicken you get to pick the flavor they put on it.They have about 12 shakers off to the side to choose from. Pick as many as you like.We got chili, garlic, kimchi

We went to this place twice. The chicken was tasty and crispy. It's a halal and affordable dish in Soho. However, the waiting time can be a bit long, especially during busy times.

Though the seasoning was not exactly the same as what I had back home in Taiwan, it was close enough for a temporary fix!Fried popcorn chicken was £7 for one serving, good for sharing with someone as a small snack.

Soo simple, yet soo delicious!I think this is the only time the social media hype around this place is true, because It is truly one of the best fried chicken I've had. I don't know what they add to it or how they cook it, but it is delicious! The chicken is soo tender and flavourful and has a perfect amount of spice and kick to it. A bit pricey but for the amount you get I'll say it's worth it.The only downside to this place I would say is the location - it's kind of hidden away, the restaurant itself - very small, the whole restaurant was packed full of people, and the staff - not particularly an individual staff but rather how the restaurant handle things. There was no system in place to handle huge amount of customers.Other than that I highly recommend trying out this place. You won't be disappointed.
