It has been a good few years since I last bought and sold a property and I had forgotten how stressful it can be and how important it is to have a good estate agent to guide you and help you a long the way.When I appointed Reeds Rains I, like many others I’m sure, was focused on getting the house sold and not thinking at all about the after sale part which clearly is the most important and the most stressful - getting to completion.The house sold quickly thanks to Roland who was spot on with price and description and made sure I only had serious and appropriate buyers through my door - fantastic approach and service.
