I really don't know where to begin to describe what a Wonderful experience it was dealing with Louise. My parents Headstone was unrecognisable it was so bad and the way it was restored was just Incredible some of Family were in tears when they saw Transformation. The Headstone made for my Mum was perfect, they captured her spirit exactly as we asked. We we're also delighted with the finishing touches of gems and beautiful flower detail.
