Lovely staff good at unloading

After visiting another Kitchen retailers and being disgruntled I was recommended Howdens. From the moment I walked in Alan and the team really looked after me and my Kitchen. ( I am not the easiest customer) Alan was brilliant, he gave recommendations but wasn't pushy. He was honest and really focused on giving us the best kitchen for our family and suited our needs.The price was brilliant in comparison to what we was quoted by other retailers.The quality is really good also.Cannot fault the service from the team in Brunswick.

Best Howdens to deal with and I've dealt with 9 of them in and around the north west. staff are great layed back and easy going, manager is a good guy looks after you as best he can.

Already had a quote from b&q with a great price, David Thomson calls my phone from Howdens and tells me not only can he beat any quote but has far superior quality in kitchens.After a 2 hour appointment with our 1 year old son present we where told not only could they NOT match the quote but is was £2000 more than B&Q!After explaining the great inconvenience this has caused us we where met with an unapologetic and defensive reception by the manager, who informed us we where looking at a more expensive range.We went on to explain that was the range we had been shown for a comparison quote and we had not asked for a more expensive range.This fell on death ears and we where told there was no other manager or procedure for us to follow to raise it further.We left with our time completely wasted.If anyone receives a sales call from Howdens brunswick, just know they are trying to get you through the door and feel no way about wasting your time.B&Q are superior in price and far superior in customer service!

Went to your shop at Brunswick today.I have never come across a more unfriendly man who was serving in the shop at your Brunswick outlet. I felt I was bothering him. Moreover another member of staff from the back came out stared at me which compounded my discomfort. I have also put this in an email to you.If you wish to sell kitchens I would strongly suggest you send this person on a customer care course.I left your shop absolutely shaking with anger.
