Benwell Grove Post Office

Absolutely splendid service, I miss the banter I used to have with 'the old man'. I've used the Post Office for years and been very satisfied.

I have been going to this post office for 10yrs + and can say the staff are always willing to listen and go above and beyond to help….. there have been management changes and staff changes but the service has consistently been of a very high standard and second to non.

Went there to send a parcel and buy 2 scratch cards on the 24th 3:20pm , I forgot to write the sender address and the staff asked me to write it in the corner of the shop even I told them it only takes 10 second, it took me again 10 mins queuing, after I send the parcel I told them I want 2 stretch cards and they said they are too busy for that, asked me to come back another time. Excuse me? I think this is part of your job? their staff is just the rudest person I ever seen, eating while serving customers and tell them to go away when they are busy it’s just ridiculous, I wish I can give zero star.

such an amazing place. They have a large variety of products for great prices! In the post office, the staff are friendly and you can post things quickly as there is no hassle. even banking services are very nice and fast

I went there to take a photo with photo machine for my application 4;15 pm she refused me when I said, I don’t want anything from Conter. Just want to take the photo she told me she she is Rushing to go pick her daughter up from school . That foreign woman she really have attitude problem !!!!She thinks post office is ( paper shop)To pull the shutter down anytime she likes. God knows how she trained to be a post office worker .Here is ENGLAND And you have to respect to your customer

Wouldn't recommend to anyone to go there unless they want to be humiliated and have their day ruined by the angry old man working there.I went there a few times and in every instance the old man was very rude to me and he refused to do his job and provide me the service I needed. The service there brings shame to the Post office business and they should end the collaboration with him.I stopped going there and received great service in the other Post Offices. That's not ideal as this bad one is the closest to me and now I have to waste extra time reaching the others.

Provide post office services. Snacks can be gotten to entertain yourself while waiting in a queue.

Not a bad experience staff were friendly and polite. It's like a mini convenience store with cards, gifts and local produce. Not a bad little shop with a post office that provides checking service.
