Rotherham Caravans

Nice owner fair deal bought 2 caravans from here in the past and had towbars fitted. Apparently they don't do fitting anymore. Always been happy with them

We bought a caravan from Rotherham Caravans over a year ago and I can’t praise them enough. So kind and helpful and always there to advise us should we need their help.

I can only give 2 stars as i think they could have been more helpful. I decided to buy a caravan before i had a seasonal site this was last October i paid £295. Deposit As i dont tow a caravan we went looking at seasonal sites well that time of the year there is no sites available so we had to cancel the order for the caravan we paid deposit on the 13th October and cancelled on the 19th October told us deposit was none returnable but we could have a voucher we have not received anything from them so if anyone buys a caravan from here please make sure that it is the right caravan or you will lose your deposit.As to answer below about my address when we gave deposit you also took our address and. phone number so you have them

Went on holiday with an unsafe camper that was meant to be serviced here out of date tyres not trustworthy

At the request of the owner I was asked to explain my 2 star rating.I visited this location 2 years ago looking for a replacement electrical hook up for my caravan. The search I did on Google suggested this company although the website was unclear as to whether they stocked parts they did describe themselves as caravan and tow bar specialists so I thought it worth a try.My Issues:1. No parking. The gates were closed and partially blocked so I had to park at the garage 2 shops away.2. They didn't have the part I needed, in fact they didn't seem to do parts much at all (not their fault) but seemed unwilling to help any further.They were not impolite (from what I recall) just not very helpful and I really dislike having to park elsewhere. Considering they sell caravans not having gates open so I could have brought in a car is a major put off. In fairness I would grade them 2.5-3 stars. Maybe a clearer description on the website saying they don't stock many parts for caravans and have the gates open and not have bins at the entrance.
