Superdry

56 years old and went in there for the 1st time in any Superdry. Fantastic staff, especially Dan, who was very helpful and knew his stuff. 5☆

I'm a huge Superdry fan, but these days I find that the layout of most stores I visit are all over the place, I spent ages wondering about the store looking for tracksuit bottoms of which there wasn't much selection at all, and they seemed to have done away with the best designs.I also found there were a lot of jackets that had liners that resembled black bin bags.... If that's fashion then I'm completely out of the loop.I miss the old days where this particular store seperated item groups a bit more efficiently and clearly.And where are the decent windbreaker jackets? The selection used to be great not its mostly garbage which sacrifice functionality for some lame and over thought visual quirk.It's not all bad though there's still some good stuff in there, the staff are always polite and dutyful and the shop itself is well kept, fairly stylish and clean.

Good selection but make sure you've had a plate of carrots, it's dark inside! Nice range but if you're buying a gift beware sizing is a bit on the small side, best go up one size.

The seller ignored me . I have waited 10 min. to be served and nothing. She was way too busy with her boyfriend than serving clients. Now I understand why that shop is always empty.

Great choice of men's clothes

Our teenage kids love Superdry! Quality is good and when the sales were on after Christmas, it was affordable as well. Music is really loud sometimes but it is only bothering the 'overs'! Kind young shop assistant tried on a hoodie for us as I wasn't sure about the size. Quick, smiling and helpful - thank you, keep up the good work!

Possibly the rudest retail assistant I have ever come across.. customer service absolutely zero ,shame as one of the only shops in Colchester that sell nice clothing won't be visiting again ,will shop online instead

Excellent store and has a doorway only a titan would use! Really tidy and neat inside and you can really tell that the staff take care of the presentation of their products. Didn't buy anything as they were sold out of certain sizes. But I will definitely be back.
