What is the point of having a branch that operates 9:30am-3pm Monday to Friday when everyone’s at work?The one express banking machine that’s accessible from outside the branch has been out of order for months.Just close the branch already as it’s completely useless and reaches next to no customers.

Typical small brach. Quite nice to have it in the area. A bit slow a times, especially during lunch time. Sometimes they have only one cashier at the desk which cause the queues. It seems they are trying to cut down the number of staff and make everyone using the machines. Hence the four stars, not five

Barclays is just horrible. So many security features and UX is bad, but there are worse (HSBC). Making a payment requires so many steps and they don't inform you that a payment needs a text confirmation when you're doing it from desktop. It's just a mess and overcomplicated, user unfriendly service. Might just go full on Monzo instead of this reputable service.

No staff, ridiculous waiting times to get to the desk. So far, I’ve been in the queue for over 40 min, there are still 4 people in front of me and 9 behind me and only 2 windows are open out of 6. Absolutely unacceptable service, especially for business accounts. Avoid by all means.
