Jemma and her team completed a complete transformation of my back garden (oblong of turf) in May this year into an interesting and peaceful part paved/part gravelled oasis complete with a restful water feature and beautiful trees and shrubs. The design was inspired (contributed to by the team) and necessitated much hard work in very warm conditions to implement. Thank you to Jemma and her team (Billy, Tash, Tom and Nathan) for their excellent work and good humour. I have also asked Jemma to put me in the diary for ongoing maintenance throughout the year.

I have worked with Jemma and her team at Viridis Landscapes Ltd over several years on a number of projects within my garden, including the building of a greenhouse base and walls, a potager and ‘secret garden’ with beds, paths and steps, especially challenging due to sloping ground and variable soil conditions. Nothing seems to phase her or the team!From the outset Jemma has demonstrated her professionalism, showing a great depth of knowledge on all aspects of garden design and landscaping. I especially appreciate how she can turn my garbled requirements into something sensible and beautiful which can worked on by the team. Prices are fair, and importantly not randomly varied unless changes to the project are agreed. The whole relationship feels collaborative with all decisions from materials and products to design decisions taken together. As a client I feel listened to and part of the process.The team are highly skilled, including specialists such as bricklayers and stonemasons. They are always friendly whilst being professional. Their work shows great attention to detail, and I have been very grateful for their skill and knowledge in dealing with those inevitable challenges that emerge from underground.I have already booked Viridis for another project. We have recently used the services of Jemma and her crew to completely landscape our back garden. We already had a design and needed a professional, knowledgeable team to implement it. Following 4 quotes we chose Viridis because they had an impressive array of skill sets including a stonemason and were priced very competitively.From the offset we were totally impressed by the skill, knowledge, enthusiasm and sheer hardwork that the Viridis team brought to our project. Communication was excellent throughout the process which was project managed by Jemma and the build flowed seamlessly as a result.Our build wasn’t entirely straightforward but the team were able to use their experience and knowledge to make suggestions and alterations to the plan so that it all came together in the right way. The Lutyen steps they built us to connect the two levels of our garden were particularly complicated but they spent considerable time getting them right so that it all flowed. The result is beautiful and we have the garden of our dreams.We would not hesitate on any level to recommend Jemma and her wonderful Viridis team to anyone considering a garden project.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Jemma and the team for managing to turn our post apocalyptic wasteland, into the amazing maintainance free outdoor space we've always wanted. Jemma and her team have done a fantastic job over the last 18 months completely transforming a very boring small patch of front garden with its apron of horrid pavers around a tiny little postage stamp of lawn, into an glorious gravel garden with asymmetric paving, interesting planting, graphic grasses and pretty bee-loving flowers and herbs. Thanks to her, it now gives the illusion of being bigger than it actually is, and draws endless comments of praise from people who visit. There is colour and interest all year round She has been back to help me chop it back and keep it in check. Jemma is great to work with; helpful, hardworking and professional.
