Red Kite Children's Centre

The team here are fabulous. They looked after us exceptionally well with both our pregnancies. Yes sometimes there are delays; but that’s always the case with any healthcare provider. I’d personally ignore the negative posts - no one is ever made to wait outside. There is an indoor waiting area. Also the Red Kite centre don’t issue you a map that’s the NHS in general - I’d be questioning the intelligence of some of those who post these ridiculous reviews. Such entitlement it’s astonishing

Terrible here. Unprofessional workers. When I was pregnant in the winter I was waiting outside for 20 min for my appointment.

We had positive experiencies here. Only one time we had to wait 15 min but all other appointments was in time. We met more midwifes in whole pregnancy period and everyone was nice and informative.

On my first midwife appointment, sent me a wrong address, so i ended up Henly on thames. Second appointment i was made to wait outside in the freezing cold for over half an hour. The patient who came after me in the car park managed to get in and was seen before me.When i got to the door, the midwife said oh i didn’t know you was waiting. How bizzare!!!

Booked in for first midwife appointment with my partner. Told over phone partners could attend as I want to be involved with my partners pregnancy only to get there and be told no partners allowed. Took time out of work so lost money for this as I’m self employed to only be told at the door to leave. Joke of a place and the receptionist was terrible.
