I can't comment on the rooms as we didn't spend the night here but we went for some food and drinks. Great location with a really low key vibe. Casual and relaxed. On a sunny day would totally feel like you were in Southern France. I am sure I will be back of I am ever in the area. Pizza was delicious. Drinks are priced accordingly but not over the top.

Asked a member of staff for a knife so I could cut my burger and cut pizza for my toddler to little pieces, and he gave me a knife and a pizza cutter for it than to be abruptly ripped out of my hand by another staff saying that I'm not allowed them outside even though the table next to us was set with same cutlery?!Pizza was lovely. Burger overcooked and dry.

Myself and my wife went today to enjoy the hotbox after we got married this weekend. What an amazing location with amazing facilities. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for spa facilities

Beautiful and tranquil location, perfect to relax and unwind.Excellent service with a wide variety of drinks on offer.The lemon drizzle cake was delicious and accompanied by fruit was a nice touch.Large steam room and sauna which we're both immaculate.Will definitely be returning for another visit.

Nothing outrageously wrong but a lot of tiny little things makes it impossible for me to give a positive review.The view was great and so was the bathtub and the spa experience but here are a few things that were less than ideal:- the shower was barely working with almost no water pressure.- the coffee machine provided was probably pre-war. I managed to drive to Aberfeldy, get 2 coffees, and drive back and the coffee machine wasn't finished yet.- we went to the restaurant one night, my partner ordered a steak cooked medium-rare but she got a steak almost burned to the crisp. She should have sent it back but we had already waited so long for our meals she sucked it up and ate that piece of boot.- it is 100% NOT child friendly. The travel cot they gave us was pretty much a safety hazard.

My husband and I stayed here and were disappointed. The hotbox was the only good part about our stay. Upon arrival, our heat and wifi were not working. We went down to reception and the receptionist said that is strange

Stopped here for a drink while out on the Loch on our boat.Great location sitting on the terrace over looking loch tay. Well stocked bar and food is OK, the key here is the location. Just a shame they don't have boat moorings for people visiting the Bistro, then we would go more often.
