Food was great, but took nearly an hour to serve. Had to ask for drinks while we waited for food. We all commented on the restaurant had no night out" atmosphere.."

I've just ordered the lamb chops and have to say they were the nicest I've had! The best I've found! Also echoed by my partner who isn't usually a massive lover of Indian food.

Absolutely shocking delivery experience. Order was 30 minutes late and cold, I couldn't believe how bad it was. Called a couple of times and got no answer but when I swapped phones I got a answer straight away. Never going back that's for sure.

Order for collection, first time myself ordered a chilli panner nd chicken tilka masala, service by 2 guys in shop friendly chatty. Lovely nd clean inside. My food was chunky veg tomatoes nd onions panner cheese very tasty nd spice. My sons masala very good if he's been 4 times must be good nd he's a fussy eater. Will be returning will recommend

Ordered a takeout on a busy Saturday evening. Took exactly an hour from order to delivery. Food arrived hot, plentiful and absolutely delicious. Can recommend.

Been ordering from British Raj since they opened. It's close to home and food has always been excellent.But we would never order from them again after the shocking experience we had last Saturday night. I ordered a pick up on their app at 6pm. First red flag was that it said 50 minutes wait which is quite long for a pick up but I thought they might be busy. My husband went to pick it up only to be told they couldn't cook the masala dish as they ran out of coconut! So they had 50 minutes to tell us that and they waited until we actually got there to pick up the food!? My husband changed the masala dish to a different one and waited another 30 minutes. When he ran out of patience and told them he wants our money back they handed him a bag of food and he left. When we got the food out at home it was a completely wrong order. No item in the bag was the same with what we ordered. It looked like they scrapped together whatever they found in their kitchen. They gave us only 1 curry out of 3 that we ordered and it looked like it was different leftovers mixed together. And it said on the lid it's chicken korma? I thought they've ran out of coconut??We were furious to say the least. We went back to their premises and demanded our money back. They gave us the money back but never even apologised.Absolutely shambolic service which is a shame because the food has always been great.

Absolutely fantastic food and friendly staff!We used to go elsewhere for our regular Indian takeout but this is now our favourite place. The food is also fresh and flavourful and delivery is always on time. These guys really know how to make a curry! Highly recommend

Not very impressed....put in the special notes that I would like my meal milder but it was really fiery and inedible for me and im not shy of a good curry ,and obviously the order had not been looked at properly cos we had part of the order missing....so not a great experience to be honest.

Ordered this just after 5pm and nothing came after constant calls. Contacted Just Eat for full refund. Just after 8pm the order actually showed up which was cold and it wasn't even my order. It was completely wrong. Definitely learnt my lesson with this place. Awful

Celebrating 1 year, this is the best Indian takeaway in Preston.The food is delicious, no matter what you order. Never been disappointed with any order over the last year.
