Allan Developments

Guys came with a van which had S Allan Developments (I think its the same company as Allan Developments - Admin if I am wrong, take the review down) written on it to fix my roof again (previously it was done by Affordable Roofing with some of the guys being same as for S Allan Developments). They have failed to do it properly making more damage than use. Broke more tiles than they fixed making more leaks through the roof than initially. I wanted to settle a deal with them, however it did not work as I was ignored. I had to get independant roofers to come and fix the mess that was left.

I can't speak highly enough of Allan Developments. No one would touch the 2 projects I had, one of which was particularly challenging. I'd moved into my new house and needed some repair work done to my gable end on the extension and pointing done to a chimney stack. After 5wks of no shows and excuses from roofers/builders, Robert showed up on a Friday, said he'd have the chimney done Sunday and start the gable rendering Monday. Realistically quoted for and was the final price although I think there was more to do than maybe they thought. Very polite and left both sites very clean and tidy. Would use again definitely.
