Only visited to drop my partner's old ipad off as she had sold it on line for the best price offered. The shop looks a little run down and the staff seemed both disinterested and some of the information they gave me proved incorrect

Always found thus place over priced! I was looking to buy a game for my kids, looked on the website, and the price was £40 for a secondhand game! I bought the same game, only brand new from argos for £36!!Sort it out CEX!!! That being said, the staff at my local store have always been very friendly and knowledgeable. Its not thier fault that the company they work for has pricing issues!. If it wasn't for the staff it would be 2 stars!

Great staff, great selection on offer. The only letdown is the disrepair to the front of the store - but this issue is the same for a lot of the stores in White River Place. Cheap developers, cutting corners to make a fast buck, leaving stores and customers to pay the consequences later.

Nice place all the gadgets u need and moviesThe staff are decent polite and friendlyThe entrance is wheel chair friendly and just be aware ur always loosing around 30% of the value so they can make a profitThe stores are all the same all comes down the staff to be honest and these guys know there stuff well trained and knowledgeable
