Walked into the store today asked a lady if she had a dream dictionary in stock. She referred me to a man. I asked him if he had a dream dictionary in stock. He said ‘I don’t sell that kind of rubbish’. His remark made one customer laugh out loud. This entertained him too. He though it was funny. I felt very offended and humiliated. It is a pity that someone who works for a charity lacks the ability to respect ones point of view or opinions. I hope this can change.

Great bhf charity shop always happy to accept my donations and I always support them as I had open heart surgery to save my life. Only downside is it can be difficult to get parked to drop stuff off but they do also collect from homes too.
