i went into bristol street motors with a my first car in mind and Paddy dealt with me & helped me out sm!! he offered me finance & if i had any q’s or worries he dealt with it, nothing was too much trouble & he made me feel at ease. he then proceeded to help me with paperwork after too!!any anxieties i had about my 1st car he reassured me & explained everything in detail!100% recommend !!!tysm :)))

I was interested in a £30k car. As I was not local I asked many questions but the salesman didn't really give them much attention and kept on telling me things like the car being a great color and that it has electric windows lol. Furthermore the car was in need of some major tlc, it need a proper clean. Therefore I didn't trust them to prepare it properly if they couldn't even be bothered to clean for their website

I recently purchased a Ford Puma ST line vignale. The sales guy Jake Fry was awesome the service I received throughout the sale of my vehicle was outstanding. Jake was polite knowledgeable explained everything nothing was too much trouble for him to give me the best service ever.My car was ordered to spec and we were kept updated every step of the way. I was amazed when I received a call informing me that my car had arrived this was before the expected time.The day I collected my car I was taken back and emotional has the car was presented covered and I had the experience of unveiling my new car and lovely card & gift.Jake thoroughly spent the time to demonstrate everything about the car. I have bought many of new cars from fords but I just want to thank Jake & Mark sales manager for an amazing experience . The car is amazing and I am so happy thank you so much for everything!

I bought a used car yesterday and was served by Anthony Kelly. He made the process so easy and stress-free, let us browse at our leisure but was there on-hand to help us with any queries. Even on the test drive, he didn't make it feel like a driving test and let me get a good feel for the car as it was quite a big difference in size. Anthony was friendly, personable and went above and beyond to get my car ready for the next day. Great service!

I recently brought a second hand car from Bristol Street Motors in Bolton. Having seen the car that I was after on their website, I was able to reserve it and Anthony Kelly sent over a detailed video showing me around the car. I went into the dealership later and took the car for a test drive. Anthony was really helpful and didn't push me to look at other vehicles that I wasn't interested in. Really good service. All of the other staff that I met were also very helpful and friendly. Both times that I went in I was offered a coffee and made to feel welcome at the dealership.

Amazing service from Ciaran. Made everything straightforward from picking and processing the car, to us driving away within 24 hours. Listetened to our needs and budget, without any pushing us to buy.We will definitely be going back, whens it's time to purchase again.
