Used to rent a flat from those guys.Horrible experience.They take ages to answer emails and the inventory company they cooperate with is a rip off-to say the least. Missed pretty obvious stuff at the beginning of the letting period and I had to take photos, just to show them how to do their bloody job properly.Try to avoid if you can!Most of the properties that are advertised through them are of extremely low standards . Try Martin & Co Dundee instead.

A joke of a company. Incompetent staff and a total rip off when trying to get your deposit back. Avoid like the plague.

Not a great experience with this company. Don't get me wrong, the flat I rented for 3 months was very nice, comfortable & homely... actually reasonably priced also.My problems started after I moved out and when the letting agent wanted to retain a chunk of deposit for cleaning an oven & mould on the bathroom ceiling... i was only in the flat for approx 14 weeks and I left it much cleaner than when I moved in.They eventually returned deposit after Safety Deposit Scotland adjudicated... completely unnecessary and ruined their customer experience

The only reason they get one star is because there is not a -5 star. Worst company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Currently on the process of taking them to the small claims court. Do not rent from them under any circumstances!

Found agents fairly professional up to the point of getting deposit back. Had an issue where the agents sent 2 cleaners in to clean what they had said was glitter glued to a carpet on the advice from there experienced staff (loose term) I was billed out of deposit for this I advised it was a glittered fabric carpet which they hadn't heard of. Long story short try and avoid at all cost. only had news this morning that of the £372 lickley tried to claim of my deposit they will receive less than half of that amount on the findings of an independent body. Last but not least add the amount of cost on invoices as I hadn't noticed but was informed by independent body that the amount on the invoices was less than the amount they were actually claiming. Only thing worse than someone trying to take your hard earned............ is someone that cant count trying to take it.

Hands down the worst company of any kind I've had to deal with. They lost the inventory I returned to them, it took them months to replace a broken fridge. when I fell behind with the rent due to ill health and instead of contacting me or my guarantor they sent a debt collector to the flat door while I was in hospital having surgery, and to add insult to injury they expected me to pay for the debt collector out of my deposit when I chose to leave. Avoid at all costs, you'd be better off homeless...
