Car, Van and Minibus World

We purchased a welfare van from CVM World. Keith and Chris gave us all the time, advice and support we needed to feel confident to take this leap, even when faced with our slightly unusual situation. We found them very knowledgeable, responsive and super friendly.The van, despite being a 15 reg looks good as new, inside and out. Literally squeaky clean!

We ordered a wheelchair-accessible minibus for Bright Lives Social Enterprise C.I.C, which supports people with learning disabilities to gain access to our training and day service in Colchester Essex.The support that was given to me throughout the process was first class enabling us to understand the process through to helping resolve legislative information that simple was not clear to understand. The team at Minibus World were easy to deal with and communicated well throughout the process, making everything very straightforward.Their knowledge and understanding of what we required made the organisation stand out from their competitors. Despite many similar organisations trying to win the business, it was clear who should be our new business partner.We were constantly kept up to date with the progress, and on the day of arrival of our new vehicle we were shown how to use the Minibus facilities and shown around to ensure we were happy with everything. Our special educational school needed a replacement minibus in short notice. Unfortunately we didn't have a very large budget. I contacted these guys. Chris the sales manager very quickly replied. We were fortunate that they had a 17 year old Mercedes. Chris and the team kept in constant touch with the progress during its preparation. He answered all my questions (and there were a few).On delivery the bus was beautifully presented. The exterior was excellent, the interior looked and smelled like a new bus. Chris rang me a couple of weeks after delivery to confirm everything is ok, which it was. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
