While most of the vehicles are commercial vans, there are a few automobiles for sale as well, not to mention that they handle all the servicing on a wide variety of vehicles.My wife and I (recent escapees from Southern California), had come to check out a 2012 Vauxhall Meriva we had seen advertised on the internet. After a test drive and seeing the meticulous maintenance records, we were ready to buy.The only thing we noticed amiss was that the air conditioner wasn't blowing much cold air. (Yeah, I know, we bloody Yanks should be a lot more concerned whether the heater is working, but hey, we've only been here two months and London did have the hottest April 19th in history the day after we immigrated ;o)) For Richard it was no problem. As we sat in his office drinking coffee while Aaron and Tina helped us fill out paperwork, Richard personally drove the vehicle down to the nearby a/c service garage. He returned and described how the system is tested and serviced. (Richard worked on Lotuses, so if you ever want an explanation on how coolant is vacuumed out of an A/C system and weighed to check for leaks or anything else mechanical, he's your man!I like to treat my customers exactly the way I want to be treated

Very nice people, very bad vehichle. Bought a van in february and the van has been in and out of repair around 10 times with the same issue. Been to multiple places recommended by rich to get it fixed, however the problem has not been solved. This van is not fit for purpose and everybody involved does not want to help me in any way possible. I got 50 pound to close my complaint and 150 pound for another years warranty, which I cant use as the dealer turned me away. This has left me thousands of pounds put of pocket as my van has been in repair so many times. The finance company recommended by Rich is also terrible, motonovo. I would definitely not reccomend. Was meant to have 1 years warranty but then last time I phoned into turned away and told to use another garage when was vat registered, even though I have 4 or 5 months warranty left. All in all an awful experience.

Honest, trusting people. The best vans by far from what I have been seeing around. Wouldnt hesitate to deal with again. Thank you
