Disgusting place the nurse is incompetent the only caring person was the lady who was a carer no name sorry but this care home is absolutely disgusting the way my father in law was treated!and the level of communication from the nurse was also disgusting!

Absolutely fantastic service from all the staff especially Sam,Very efficient, welcoming and professional.Made me feel like my Grandma is in the best possible place, very clean and well kept facilities100% would recommend

My grandmother has been in Chorlton Place since July 2020. Communication at the outset was poor but since Sam started working at the home the level of contact has very much improved. We now get regular updates on how my grandmother is doing and another member of staff, Lorna, has even arranged video calls. It is reassuring at a time like this to have frequent and reliable contact with such trusted individuals.
