I have been going to Greg for almost 5/6 years now. Hand on heart, he is truly an outstanding physiotherapist. Not only does his wealth of knowledge and depth of skill exceed all expectations of healing, Greg tailors his skills exactly to your own unique needs. Greg epitomises healing through his calm, understanding and invested nature. If you are lucky enough to be treated by Greg, you will have a physio/healer for life!

Greg is truly amazing and very gifted I had my first session with him this week, and I woke the next day with no pain in my lower back for the first time in months. I felt very balanced after the session, I also learnt so much about my body and went away with a supportive routine to help strengthen my hips. I can’t wait for my next session. I am so grateful for such a deeply healing treatment.

To only comment on the help Greg has given me to manage my physical ailments would be doing him a disservice. Greg provide a holistic approach, making sure to provide treatment that works for you (and your lifestyle). Ridiculously knowledgeable but translates this to reflect that we’re not all in the know - can’t thank him enough!

Goodness me, what is it about Greg? I was feeling a bit broken after a sports injury… Tennis, being a huge part of my life… and currently 3.5 months on crutches.. for a really active person, it’s been so hard. He has taken so much time and effort, not only to understand my injury (prolapsed discs and torn gluteus medius) but the mental impact that it has had on me. I felt that I was in therapy and couldn’t stop the tears (embarrassing)! As it took 8 weeks to get an appointment…I’ve only had two sessions with him so far..it will not be a quick fix but he has given me hope and encouragement and I feel I’m making progress at last and for this I’m SO grateful…he is exceptional and inspiring and I cannot recommend him more highly..UPDATE…we are now 5 months on and Greg is just simply THE BEST…I’ve had fortnightly sessions and a tailor made daily exercise plan to build and strengthen and we talked today about a return to tennis..something I really thought would never happen…he is such a wonderfully safe pair of hands and a very intuitive, empathetic and thoroughly lovely person! I feel very lucky to have found Greg..and will continue physio with him to keep me on track when I’m back on court!

I have a friend that has been using Greg for a while and he told him about my lower back problems, from not even meeting me and discussing my symptoms with a friend Greg diagnosed me with what he thought was wrong with my back, I met with him and he recommended an MRI, the results proved that Greg was in fact 100% correct in his diagnosis, he has since given me a programme and some treatment to help the area.I'd 5star Greg and Optimum Muslcle Care every day of the week, he is very personable and an extremely knowledgeable man who has a great passion for explaining the break down of the injury, helping you realise your problems and takes great joy from seeing the recovery.

Greg has been helping me with my arthritic hips before I have my hip replacement in July. He has been wonderful. Massages, manipulations, stretches and strengthening have all helped to ease the pain and get me in the best possible shape for my Op. Thanks Greg very grateful for all you have done.

I first heard about Greg by word of mouth and I'm so glad I went to see him. Initially I had thought my knee was the problem...age related wear and tear etc. but after a short while Greg had the actual problem diagnosed and I was delighted to know there is nothing wrong with my knee. He gave me some exercises to help improve the situation and they are working. After two sessions I don't feel at this stage I need further sessions but as and when I do I will certainly be getting in touch with Greg and I will definitely be recommending him to others. He is extremely good at deep muscle massage and explaining his assessment and treatment going forward.

I can only describe Greg's treatment as life changing. Following a car accident 30 years ago, I had learned to live with pain, and tried many other therapies for a little pain reduction. 5 years ago I started to have debilitating migraines, often daily and some lasting for weeks. Thanks to Greg, I am now free of migraines and out of pain, which I really didn't think was possible. But Greg's holistic treatment has given me so much more than that, he is a true healer in every sense of the word.

I went to see Greg after suffering with back and leg issues that were getting progressively worse after seeing other physiotherapists. Greg diagnosed the issue straight away and had me on a course of stretching and strength work that have already started to work.
