Went last week waited 10mins before someone came out to me and said you will have to wait 1 hour as we havnt got much staff and we have a car to finish cermic coating. So I said okay il come back. Went back after 1 hour and they shut the gates..Today I went to them no one came out. They stayed were they cermic coat the cars. They acted like they did not see me parked up waiting. When they newly opened to get customers the just acted like they are the best etc. Now they don't even care about there customers. Won't be going back there again. Sorry but having customers waiting and acting like you have not seen them so they have no choice to drive off is not right..

Top service from the team. Mini valet (in and out) is expensive though £18! Where is the average between £12-15 quid. End up swapping my front tires for a very good price.

I went to Super Soapbox on a Sunday to get a mini-valet, and I am pleasantly surprised. The service was impeccable, the eye for detail for truly exceptional. We had a lounge with free tea, coffee and snacks to make the wait bearable. Having been to a few car washes around the area, this is by far the best one I have ever been too. I totally recommend, and will be going back again!

I had paint spilt all over my boot due to a faulty lid with paint spilling down to the electrics of the car and the staff spent a few days removing the paint , dyeing the stained boot black and cleaning the car . They worked hard and were very helpful and wonderful. Thank you so much for doing such a good job .

I took my bmw m6 in as the paintwork looked a bit tired. I chose the matrix black ceramic coating and decided to leave the vehicle with the team. The rims were also damaged and had corrosion. When I returned I walked past the car and couldn’t believe the difference I almost didn’t recognise it. What a difference. The car looks absolutely brand new exterior and interior look absolutely amazing. Thanks to David, Andrew, Wayne and the team for the amazing job

Amazing service, booked in for a half day car spa, honestly the car came back looking like it was straight out the showroom, every nook and cranny was hoovered out and buffed. Staff are nice and chatty, cant fault the people or the work.Only downside is that they occasionally close up early, been to get a hire car washed off and was all shut up.

Super Soapbox Pitstop came highly recommended to me by neighbours so I popped in yesterday hoping to get the mini interior and exterior valet before getting my car appraised for sale. Unfortunately the opening times on the website have not been updated (management should amend that) so they couldn’t fit me in before closing, but Wayne was lovely and gave my car a quick soap and jet wash to get the worst off the motorway muck off. This was on the house and much appreciated. I’ll be back with my new car when that needs looking after! It’s a shame about the shorter opening hours as it limits people working a regular workday’s ability to come in after work, and I imagine they turn away quite a lot of business especially all this time of year, but I’ll still be back.

They did decent job, efficient and no long wait.However they did sweep my P sticker off and didn't bother telling me or putting it back. £8 for a car outside sleep

I am SHOCKED!!! The best service I’ve ever recieved at a car wash. My car is spotless and as I live nearby Andrew was nice enough to drop me off at home while I wait for my car and then dropped the car off at my place! 1000% recommend!
