We've had excellent experience, great communication with all sites.

Do NOT use this company. We used this company for building control. On their website they state that their ‘experienced team’ delivers a premier service. What they fail to tell you is, they subcontract the work to another company. In our case they used complete building control Ltd based in Birmingham! Check out their awful reviews. So they don’t do the work themselves but charge you more money and then get another company, who they have no control over, to do the work. They are the middle man and have no experience but will gladly take your money. Once they have your money there is zero customer service. Please do not be fooled by the good fake reviews on here.

Mr Heller from Golden Arrow has really gone beyond his duty in advising in so many details that made such a positive major impact. He continues to even give me advise on property's I'm yet to ascertain, and i know his advise is backed by his experience. What I thought would be a one off, has developed in to a long term business relationship.
