Excellent service, started straight away, and she was very chatty and friendly. Very professional as well, she knew what she was doing and took pictures of my hands which made me feel very special. Anyone looking to get their nails done at the good price, and quickly but properly, go here!

Friendly, relaxed and extremely well priced. My waxes with Laura were always amazing, she made me feel so welcome, and made the experience feel really personable. The wax felt quick and not too painful.My nails with Martina were always a joy, she really takes the time to get to know you, which I find lovely from service experience. I always went for BIAB, and never had any chipping, pealing and as many compliments on my nails before. She was extremely quick and our chats made me forget I was having my nails done.Lovely group of people, I'll be back after my travels. Mwah x

It was the first time Laura had done my nails at Touch of Beauty. I was not disappointed. She is so thorough and did such a great job. What a lovely lady too. Time just flew as we set the World to rights! I’d highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back. Thanks again Laura! X

This place is ok for a one-off session. However if you are looking for a place to be loyal to I don’t recommend, especially if you have a child that might fell sick last minute.I have been a regular customer at this salon since 2021, frequently visiting for waxing sessions. However, for my last booking, my daughter fell ill the day before. I attempted to contact the salon the day before to inform them, but nobody answered. In the morning of the appointment at 7 am, I received a text from Laura requesting cash payment, as they do not have a card machine. I replied stating that I could not attend due to my child's illness. Unfortunately, I discovered that my card had been charged £50 later that day, despite notifying Laura earlier of my situation. I tried calling the salon again to explain the situation, but was unable to reach anyone. So I texted Laura and she kept sending me their salon's policy. It is disappointing to see that after two years of being a loyal customer and never missing an appointment, they treat me in this manner. It is also concerning that they don't accept card payments and demand cash yet still manage to charge my card for a missed appointment.So, consider the £50 my charity to your little shop and I happily take my business to another salon which there is plenty of in Bristol.

I’ve been going here a few times since moving to Bristol. Always been an amazing experience.The amazing Natalie always provided excellent service. She always makes me feel welcomed and very comfortable.Natalie is very experienced when it comes to all her services with amazing quality.Very competitive and affordable prices with out compromising the quality of service they provide.Would reccomend 1000%!!

I was given a facial and massage gift voucher and was really impressed. Absolutely great massage from Laura who has over 12 years experience. The facial was amazing and my skin feels so good afterwards. A big thank you and 5 stars will definitely be back.
