Been meaning to review this Greggs for a while. Every single time I go in, without fail, the staff are incredibly friendly! different person each time and always have a lovely manner. Must be well trained. Bacon rolls are exactly what you expect. I'll keep coming back

Charged more for every item coz of eating in. Food cold. Bacon rock hard and cold. Considering it's not busy you would think they would clean the tea station. Or sweep the floor. Dont go

Don’t forget to try the new vegan sausage roll is soo delicious. My husbands first ever vegan sausage experience with Greggs was a hit. Thank you Greggs for making this product so scrumptious. We are looking forward to try new vegan foods.

I've been a customer for over a year and I never saw someone behind the counter so rude as this lady right now (26 Jan 2016 at 16.22h).Only because I went to an area that was supposed to be closed (?), she shout at me saying that the are was cleaned and it wasn't clearly. Plus.. kick me our from the chairs and said that I didn't pay for eat in. So... i saíd to her that she didn't asked neither. And wished me in an ironic way 'good evening'. Horrible ! Such loverly people working in here and I get this after 1 year. Never more !!!

I went on saturday 12 December around 1pm to 2pm. I received extremely lovely customer service from a young gentleman. Very polite and efficient. Thank you for the lovely service.

Went the other morning and OMG the customer service was absolutely shocking from being a fan of Greggs for years and only ever had positive things to say until I went to this shop the rudeness was unbelievable girl behind the counter short hair quiet young as I waited outside on my phone calming at 7.04 she finally came to open, the way I was spoken to was absolutely shocking now I can assure you how I kept my cool even I was shocked because I have zero telorence for rudeness but wow I think I was just taken aback, people like these with no customer service killing companies that have worked hard over years to build a good reputation for the company are losing good customers that especially in a time like this can not Offord to be losing I will never go back to this shop absolutely shocking
