Got delivery to the air bnb about 6 miles out of Sudbury. Food rocked up on time and still a good temperature. Good portions plus it was incredibly tasty. Would highly recommend!Ps - Buffalo bites were unreal.

NOTE: Posted on Dough&Co as it's the SAME venue with 2 different menus......People can view this place in a few ways:1. A restaurant with an identity crisis2. Clever segregation of Italian and American style menus3. ConfusingThere were three of us in attendance and we booked a table based on a friend's take away experience. We were very confused as pizza menus were everywhere, after questioning front of house, we were presented with a burger menu, themed burgers, no theme to the restaurant.. Can't put my finger on it, but I can say it was very uninspiring due to clashes with those menus and identity.Atmosphere was non-existent and the place was FREEZING, we all kept our coats on throughout the meal.Myself and partner had the Old English burger, very dry and dense, they've over mixed the the burger mince, no air thus no juice, the bun was old and not particularly fresh. It looked lovely in terms of presentation. Our friend had the American burger, once again underwhelming, it looked great though as you can see from pictures, presentation is lovely. The best part was the halloumi fries, however the sweet potato fries and rosemary fries had no seasoning which were again underwhelming. If this place worked on pizza OR burgers, I think the quality and personality would be much better and less confusing. People want to be warm when they eat. No milkshakes here which I feel kind of go hand in hand with burgers??We won't be back sorry :(

Difficult one to review this. I used the Uber Eats app (with £10 off over £15 spend voucher) to order midweek. The order arrived earlier than the estimated time, so no issue there (as I see others have experienced). I had the Old English Burger, onion rings & BBQ sauce and the quality was very good (although not quite as warm as I'd have liked). Instead of paying £15.50 (+ £2.75 delivery), it was £8.25 with the voucher, which is a very reasonable price. So far, decent, but again, without the voucher, overpriced. It is after all, just a burger and in my opinion, certainly not worth the full price of £10.50 (+ £4 for onion rings, £1 BBQ sauce & £2.75 delivery charge). By comparison, I could get a curry, poppadoms & onion bhaji for just over £15 (including delivery) and that's much more difficult to prepare than this.I ordered again with my housemate the following weekend (again with voucher) and although the order arrived early again, the quality had taken a noticeable dip. Both our burgers were well overcooked, and clearly less care was taken in comparison to my initial order, probably due to higher weekend custom. No offence to them, but I don't see this as an excuse, it's really not that difficult to cook a beef patty. If you're running a business, especially delivery and charging a premium for it, then you need to keep the quality and service as high as possible, regardless to how many orders you're getting. That's the nature of this type of business and as a customer paying for food for convenience, it's something they have to accept. This is especially relevant in the current situation, where they are relying on deliveries to make money. It's not like I'm ordering a complicated dish here, it's essentially a posh burger and chips" (something which could easily be cooked at home) and without the £10 voucher there's no way it's worth the premium price and I therefore wouldn't be persuaded to order without the discount.I have therefore given 3 stars

Burgers lovely. Fries soft and chewy, not fresh. Mac and cheese ok but not very cheesy. Doughnuts chewy, didn't seem fully cooked. Overall disappointing as had heard good things.

A last minute decision for a midweek meal out - just wow. The burgers were huge and so tasty and served with really good fries - sweet potato for me and rosemary for him. We will be back soon - need to try other things on the menu!!

The food, drink and service here is absolutely awesome! Great portion sizes, good value and delicious burgers. The dirty fries were definitely something I'd recommend! We already can't wait to eat here again!

Food came in good time, not overly hot. Dip was missing from the halloumi fries and the so called crispy bacon of the dirty fries was grey, soggy and just wobbly fat!

Having visited Dough & Co in Halstead several times, we decided to venture to their Sister Company Burger Amour in Sudbury. What can I say? Firstly and most importantly, the food was amazing. We started with their Halloumi Fries and Boneless Buffalo Chicken Bites. Both were lovely. The Halloumi was crispy with a soft centre. The Buffalo sauce is absolutely killer, so much so that our server gave us extra sauce. We had three burgers between us. The Old English Burger, Original Burger and I invented a Chicken BLT that our server was happy to put through for us. These were topped off with Triple Cooked Fries and Rosemary Fries. The Old English was very good and that Pulled Pork is slow cooked to perfection. The Original was dynamite and their ‘special’ sauce really did bring the other ingredients together. My Chicken BLT (this has to go on their menu) was exactly how I imagined, crispy Chicken, salty bacon with the crunch of fresh lettuce and tomato. Finally, the fries. The Rosemary Fries were OK but the Triple Cooked knocked us off our feet. Thick cut, steamy hot with a soft centre. We dipped them in the Buffalo Sauce and this filled us up.We had no room left for any desserts but there’s always next time. The service was fantastic. Our servers were very tentative and couldn’t do enough for us.The drinks prices were quite high (£2.75 for a can of Coca Cola) but I guess that’s to be expected. Thanks for a great evening. We will definitely be visiting again soon.M&L

Order was wrong, I phoned to complain and the manager was dismissive and suggested I complain to JustEat.The burger was supposed to be plain, as ordered, my daughter does not like any sauce. No apology offers when I complained, I have ordered at least once a week from this company for the last few years, despite them getting orders wrong fairly often and I have always complained but had a decent response. I am disgusted by their attitude of the guy I spoke to tonight.Never again.
