I am blown away by this place. They have created an amazing place at a site which use to be barren. It is beautiful, gardens, historic buildings, wide roads like a riverside town in USA somwhere.

Excellent residential development with sympathetic renovation of historic buildings. Developer supported the GATEway driverless vehicle project by permitting driverless deliveries to residents for a two week period in June 2017. Very innovative!

Avoid at all costs! These 2 ghetto girls moved into Compton House building on the 7th floor. The place was lovely until these 2 moved into the flat. They exhibit high antisocial behaviour as they play loud music at night. Multiple occupants complain to concierge who do NOTHING!!Paying all this money to live in a ghetto? Not worth it

How this company treats its members of staff is shocking. Absolutely disgraceful. No wonder so many staff have left or even been forced out the door. Should be ashamed. Worse company ever. Avoid working for these at all costs!!

Berkeley Homes in Woolwich is overall an outstanding place. This is going to be the new South Bank and a place where people will increasingly want to live.If (when?) Crossrail gets going, it will be just 9 minutes to Canary Wharf, fully 5 miles away at present. Just 18 minutes to Tottenham Court Road and 22 to Bond Street. All of London will be accessible from a new station on your doorstep.Add to that sensational views of the river and reasonable prices compared to other Berkeley Homes and it is an unbeatable value proposition.
