If I could give 0 stars I would! We have been trying to get hold of them for over a month as we have be charged £1300 more when we are actually owed money. Poor company! They should be shut down - DO NOT USE IF YOUR A STUDENT!

Poor customer service. Hang onto your money at contract end.UPDATE: We have now been waiting 6 WEEKS for a refund of over £500. Emails go unanswered, phone calls when eventually answered inevitability end with us being told the person who is dealing with our account is busy, in a meeting, on leave. No one ever calls back when promised.Update: finally got my refund but it was an overly difficult and long process, I would not use Glide again.

If I could rate this 0 stars, trust I would because this is the worst WiFi service ever. It usually caters to students in student halls and some apartments but oh, my. This is THE worst internet service, do not even think about joining and if you find out you have glide in your accommodation, I suggest you look for a new place to live. I work from home and I have issues with this WiFi daily, even when I’m not working and I’m watching tv or doing some assignments for university, it’s actually the worst. I can’t tell you how many times I have called this company to fix up lol.

If negative rating was possible I would. Around 50 phone calls led to two visits and we still can get decent wifi. Avoid accomadion with glide wifi at all costs.

Absolutely do not go with glide !!!! I’m not one to ever leave reviews but glide is that bad I feel like I have to warn other students. Me and my house mates were with glide last year, everything seemed fine until we switched this year to a new company, glide then told all my housemates we owed £500 each for accrued expenses even though we sent the correct meter readings and consciously used low amounts of water and energy. After calling customer service the amount was lowered to £359 each which still seemed like too much, after calling again I was told that the £359 was incorrect yet they still charged my account, they refunded me only to charge my account again even though the charge is still being disputed. Very unorganised and very inconsiderate, being a student is hard enough already when it comes to money let alone when you have a company wrongfully taking large amounts of money out of your account.

As a landlord Glide previously issued my bills with a breakdown in cost for my consolidated account. However, I have had 2 extortionate bills without invoice/bill without any notice go out direct debits totalling over £3,000. I've tried emailing and ringing accounts department with no reply or answer. I'll be taking legal action. Stressful and time consuming.

This company is an absolute joke.All they want to do is charge you extortionate prices and tell you there’s nothing they can do over the phone. I cannot count the amount of issues I have had with glide. We stopped being supplied energy from glide 3 months ago, yet we are still being billed told to make payment, or risk racking up late payment fees. Do NOT use them they will exploit you at every chance they get!

We have had an ongoing issue with our glide service which resulted in an engineer coming out to our property on 4 different occasions. Each time with a failure to fix the problem. On the final visit it was eventually fixed, however THE ENGINEER DECIDED TO LEAVE OUR FRONT DOOR WIDE OPEN for anyone to walk in. We demanded compensation for this gross negligence as well as the ongoing broadband problems. It would be simple if we were given a cash compensation, however this is Glide, and everything they do is in the interest of making things difficult. Eventually we had to settle on a gift voucher. This was on the 21st, low and behold we still have not received anything. Supposedly only one person in the whole company is able to purchase gift vouchers. I cannot recommend enough that you should stay clear of this company.

I've had a few issues in the past with Glide, but they've been able to sort out a lot of my issues pretty quickly, speaking with Mitchel today was very helpful as I am lacking financially and they understood and sorted it out within a few minutes, giving me an extension. They're pretty efficient and kind when you really need help. But like I said they have a few bad parts, getting past those has made this service pretty much a breeze.
