I visited the Day Centre based here in my professional role - Soical Worker, and found the experience very interesting, pleasant and effective for individuals who attend.The staff and volunteers were very welcoming and one was always available to assist as and when required.The Day Centre is open Tuesday to Friday and cost £21 per visit. Although the price does include morning and afternoon tea/coffee with biscuits, and also a 3 course meal at lunchtime.The on-site cafe also offers good value food and drinks in a nice bright open space.Very glad I visited as was unaware of support/services available.

The Salvation Army is a Church in Warrington which offers various services to its community.A community cafe, elderly care, young people's programme and regular Christian worship are ways in which people are involved.The Salvation Army in Warrington has plenty of opportunities for volunteering and being involved. It is a warm and welcoming place with parking to the rear for its visitors.

Went here with someone I support at work. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I asked them for support on what there service does and they showed us around. They were definitely welcoming to everyone from different countries, backgrounds and people with disabilities. Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to attend church or gain support!
