Simpsons Home (Oak Furniture Store)

Ordered a sofa set online which said “In Stock”. Received an email saying that my order was being prepared for delivery. 5 days later I had an email saying that it wasn’t in stock and would I like a refund or order an alternative. I chose refund. 5 days later, no refund, no correspondence, no one answers the phone (message says we are busy leave a message - which I did several times), no reply to my numerous emails. Worse than very poor customer service. Perhaps if someone from Simpson’s reads this, could you arrange for my £999.00 to be refunded?

Delight with my sofa & chairs they sit beautifully in my summer house. Also service was first class. Thank you.
