I ordered food from other branch German donar but this one always disappoint me I buyed beef with extra donar was less cold saggy with 9.48£ not worth it

What can I say ,the food there was delicious I loved the yogurt sauce 3 pots cost only £0.50There is nice sitting area and you can see how the food is prepered

Besides the fact that the table was dirty and the waitress was on the phone, I asked for a napkin to clean my only table because I couldn't eat at it, I want to mention that we were the only customers, the service took a long time and the food was very spicy and spicy although it didn't have spicy sauces. I don't recommend it

I saw the lady make my Doner burger and said to the other assistant who was cleaning the tables and handing out people take away orders, that she did not put enough lamb doner in the burger, she told her colleague and her colleague did not care and just said 'if you want extra meat you have to pay for it' I said I did not know how much meat comes in the burger, she did not hear me properly as she was behind the window and did not care. This is terrible customer service; she could have put a little more doner when I asked her to save this complaint.£4.99 for a little meat and the lady giving the order did not bother when I told her I will put the picture on Google Reviews, she just smiled, and I walked off.I would like to send a message to the owner of this restaurant, please note how busy Pepe's opposite are, they are extremely generous with their food and have an exceptionally good attitude dealing with customers.We order some boxes with fries and even my daughter said this is less meat, but they are very good at giving so many fries to fill the box!I do not recommend this place to anyone if they want to be robbed and receive less food.
