Avoid at all cost.I went to the website and clicked mobile fitting as I had two flat tyres. At no point did I ever request a service that was not mobile fitting.The website directs you to a page that displays much info about mobile fitting.You are then directed to enter postcode, registration, select tyres and then you get a list of suppliers.There is nothing to inform you that what you might be seeing are NOT mobile fitters, the information returned is based on your selections.However all but one service was NOT mobile fitting.I contacted Asda to express my disatisfaction. The Rep, said it was my fault, I selected a non-mobile service, I should know that unless it says it is a mobile fitting service then it is not. This is despite the user having selected mobile fitting from the outset.At no point does it say returned results are not mobile.The rep tried to claim there was a yellow banner showing clearly when the service is mobile. There is not.I had to walk him through the site before he realised how easy it was to get the wrong results.I was left without my car for an extra 48 hours. They could have just booked in the correct service but at an extra £20 charge. They refused to drop this extra charge and even wanted to charge an extra £5 for correcting it within 24 hrs.The service is disgusting, incompetent, heartless and deceitful to the extreme.A very, very upsetting experience and they simply don't care.Just avoid, avoid avoid.The worst customer service you could possibly experience.UPDATE:Quite incredibly, I receive another email from Asda Tyres 30 mins after the initial conversation.This time to inform me that the tyres I selected would not be available from the corrct mobile fitter - this is the mobile fitter that appeared FIRST on the list of six or seven options, the only one that is in fact a mobile fitter.The only tyres they can supply are an additional £15 each.I spoke to a second rep, (it takes roughly 20 - 30 mins per time to contact them) This guy kept insisting I had not ordered mobile fitting. I asked him to stop repeating this lie as I had walked his colleague through the website process and I HAD selected mobile fitting.He had the audacity to repeat this lie to me twice more. How many times do you call a customer service department and expect blatant lies to be fed back you repeatedly? I have mentioned that I would take this appalling service standard further to which he told me they weren't regulated by any Ombudsman.The level of offence caused by these people is indescribable.I have eventually asked for a refund. It will take up to 5 working days to get my money back. So quick to take your money, so slow to refund it.Please, if you value your health, just stay away from them. What is the point on judging a company by what goes ok for people? The test of a service is how they act, respond and even talk directly to you when things do not go well.Considering this is caused by their own misleading, incorrect, poorly designed online service makes it all the more galling.I am at a loss to understand how on earth they sleep at night.Choose anyone but these offensive people for the sake of your own stress levels.FURTHER UPDATE:rather than address any of the issues, Asda requested I remove the first names of the reps involved.One of these names is already mentioned in another 1 star review by another reviewer, so the policy is clearly to (inconsistently) protect the welfare of staff involved in previous complaints before showing consideration for poorly treated customers.

After finding out the cost of the tyres i have fitted to my vehicle had almost double in cost I spent an offer lot of time researching a replacement. once I had found roughly what i wanted i spent more time researching where to have these tyres fitted and came across your web page. Asda had exactly what i wanted, so i booked and paid.. within an hour of doing so i got an email saying that the tyres was not available and could i contact your company, which i did. The gentleman i spoke to did try to find me different tyres in stock of which there was only one out of many which did not fit my needs and was very expensive - So i decide to cancel my order. He then informed me it would take up to six days to get me a refund, yet took me 1 min to send you my money ! So im now out of pocket while you undoubtedly gain interest on my money. He offered me no compensation at all, just his apologies - I find it totally unacceptable that Asda think its fine to advertise and sell tyres that are not in stock and then take six days to return peoples money to them. I have now had to spend more time online finding another company that have tyres to fit my vehicle and use my credit card to pay Not happy at all.

Absolute rubbish, paid for fully fitted tyres and they were so badly balanced (not by ASDA) that I had to go elsewhere to get them done properly. My wheel was also damaged . When I logged a complaint with them I was told that under T&C 9,5 whoever caused the damage should pay for it to be fixed. They’ve been arguing with me for the last almost two months that they just send the tyres to be fitted by whomever I chose and they don’t have any responsibility afterwards. So much so they don’t want to know about anything else than take your money that on my first call I was told that there is no contract between myself and ASDA tyre whilst being reminded of the T&C 9.5 OF THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US. I for one will never look at ASDA neither tyres nor as a company as whole in the same way again and , not that you care you made this obvious , but I’ll never set foot in any of your store, online or otherwise. Really poor experience really poor. I’ll save myself the headache and disappointment and will just go to Kwikfit, same price roughly but the job is done right . Enjoy the money I pad you , because there will be no more .

Ordered and paid for a tyre online, website said it was in stock, fitter called to arrange fitting. Turned up at fitters to find out wrong tyre had been sent from ASDA warehouse, after multiple communications with ASDA Tyres call centre, promises were made to call me back which didn’t happen on two occasions. Car has been off road for over a week because of the poor service we received, had no choice but to cancel and go elsewhere. Was told refund would take up to 6 working days, wonderful, thanks ASDA for keeping hold of my money what I needed to buy a tyre with. Call centre staff gave us the impression that they didn’t really care. Out of pocket due to having to use taxis for over a week, false economy, get your tyres direct and cut out the ASDA Tyres middle men. Would not recommend to my worst enemy!

Booking isn’t confirmed with the chosen garage even with a confirmation email and my tyres weren’t even delivered on the day I arrived at my appointment. Took over half an hour to answer the phone and line was bad too. Just go direct to a local garage who in my case were really helpful.

When I went to the nominated tyre fitter on the appointment date, they said the tyres I ordered through Asda hadn't been delivered yet. The tyre had been ordered about 10 days prior to the appointment date.I called the Asda tyres but no one ever answers the phone. I waited for about 15 minutes and gave up as there was no indication of how long I would have to wait to speak to someone.Later that evening, I emailed the Asda tyres. The next day, someone from the customer service replied to my enquiry but his opening line was: 'Do you still need assistance?' Wow, really? If I didn't, I wouldn't have contacted you in the first place. Very unprofessional, immature customer service. I replied to his response saying that I do need his assistance. He responded saying that *he thinks* there was some kind of system error and the delivery of the tyres I had paid for was attempted at the garage but was failed, and the tyres should be delivered this morning. I don't want what 'he thinks', I want to know the fact and the fact only of what has happened to my order. Very unprofessional response from the Asda tyre customer service.I didn't hear anything from the garage that morning so I called them in the afternoon. The garage said that my tyre hadn't been delivered to them from Asda. They said they'd contact Asda and find out what has happened to my order and call me back.They called me back in 20 minutes and said Asda had said the tyres would be delivered to them the following day. Let's hope that tomorrow, Asda will take responsibility and delivery my tyres to the nominated garage.

Be aware of this online service, we paid for the tires and book an appointment for a fitting,, unfortunately garage didn't receive the tires at all. The money was refunded, but we lost our time and petrol going to the garage in a different town.

Utter RubbishBeware! Their booking system" doesn't actually connect with the garage systems at all so although you think you are getting an appointment this is not the case. Turned up today only to be told that I didn't have an appointment as they were fully booked and that this happens regularly with Asda tyres. The garage confirmed that Asda Tyres have no access to their booking system and that they had messaged them to say that they were fully booked. AVOID!"

Avoid! Second attempt to use, won't be a third. First time wasn't smooth sailing. This time the fitter couldn't complete the job and wouldn't deal direct with us so referred us to Asda and refused to discuss further. Asda customer services won't answer the phone. Support ticket ignored. Cancelled order now have long wait for refund. Avoid at all costs.

Get what you pay for...Paid for the mobile tyre fitting, got a call from the fitter saying they never received the tyre. Had to cancel a three-day trip. Nobody at Asda Tyres or the fitters is picking up their phones either. Online service on the sluggish website doesn't work. Needless to say won't be using the services again or recommending anyone to do so either
