I sell online and drop my parcels at this office. The staff are friendly and helpful, there is parking there. I would 100% recommend this sorting office.

I don't very occasionally come to the delivery office except dropping off eBay parcels and picking up missed parcels. The service I received from them in the past was exceptionally good.However, when I try dropping off a parcel on one Monday morning, it states the office is shut at 10am which I find this ridiculous! Maybe due to staff shortages? Any other day, the delivery office would remain open until 2pm, which is acceptable!You will have customers wanting to come in and retrieve their missed parcels on a Monday morning and to find out you are shut. Please, change your Monday opening times!

Friendly staff shame the post office places an handling fee of £8.00 on top....the 3 stars are purely for staff member and i had to deduct 2 stars because of unreasonable charges..
