I would not recommend Macklin Motors Glasgow Central to anyone. I deeply regret purchasing my car from this branch. After only four weeks of owning the car it had to go into the garage for a mechanical issue. It’s now been in the garage for 8 weeks with no indication of it being fixed anytime soon. They continue to provide terrible excuses on why our car is not being fixed and the mechanics are so busy on other cars. The garage has had the car longer than myself and set expectations of when the car will be ready to then move the end date over and over again. Really poor service. Disappointing to say the least and hopefully will be sorted soon.

Do not put your car in here for a service or repair!!! The customer service is shocking!! My car has been in here since the end of July and I still haven’t got it back. Apparently it has been waiting for a part. The part arrived and there was a delay in getting the car into the workshop. Now I’m being told they don’t have all the parts again and no firm date of when I’m getting it back. And to top this all off I’m having to phone to get updates myself! STAY AWAY!!!

I'd recommend Macklin Motors Nissan Glasgow Central to anyone as they are very helpful with meeting your needs, but are realistic about what you need. I had to down size my car due to the cost of living crisis, but i still needed to be able to fit a family of three, and a large dog in comfortably. They were able to find something that we all fit in and saved me £160/month HP and £400/yr on insurance

I had the pleasure of dealing with Mick at the garage. Mick has done the cars for quite a lot of people I know, including my dad and sister, so knew I was going to be in good hands. Mick got me a crackin deal on my new car and a good price on my Audi I was trading against the new car. The service mick provided was top notch. He genuinely cares about his customers and getting the best deal possible. The whole experience has been great and very smooth. I really can’t fault the team at all. Everyone I have encountered in the branch have been nothing but pleasant, courteous and very professional. Thank you so much mick and the team for my new car. I will be recommending you to any further people I know who are looking for a new car!

I purchased a £12500 used Toyota Yaris for my wife. The car is fine but prior to collecting the car I agreed to have some minor work completed as part of the sale. On arriving to collect the car not one thing had been completed they didn’t even mot the car resulting in the car having to be returned the next again week to have this and the other agreed work completed.When I look at the completed work it has made no difference to the marks on the seat or the interior trim or paintwork and they still didn’t stamp the service recordNot a great experience with the sales woman blaming everyone else for her lack of organisational skills and customer care.

Despite their pictures on auto trader it is very much worth to check out this branch. It is clean and tidy and well organised. Although some flexibility with the sales team would help in case of specific loans but maybe next time. For now I got the recall appointment with them going smooth and flexible. The staff is nice and helpful the cars are amazing.

From the moment my wife and I walked in we were made to feel welcome and relaxed.Could not do enough for us. Will definitely use again in the future.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Mick Riley at the Nissan Glasgow Central branch. Honestly could not have been treated any better from start to finish. Mick’s care and attention and genuine interest in us as customers made the sale an easy decision. Additionally we got a fantastic deal and we weren’t swayed with any further add ons that didn’t suit us. We have another car at home that we will be trading in over the next few years and we won’t hesitate to come direct to Mick. We’re leaving the garage today with our new car and we’re so happy! Anytime I have had to visit Nissan, the process has been easy and hassle free. All the staff are super friendly and very approachable. If the wait is going to be a long one. The city centre is very close, making it easy to get food or to go shopping.

Went in to get my car valued after using their online service. The website asks you what the condition of the car is but that doesn't matter because the staff wont read any of the info you put into it so its pointless to do. But if you do decide to go in don't expect to be welcomed like a customer, the staff are rude and just want to get you back out the door as quickly as possible. On top of that despite head office calling me the day before to confirm I'm still okay for the appointment the staff on site had no idea I was coming. Then proceeded to treat it like a chore when dealing with me.
