Friendly and pleasant staff. Sometimes a bit of a wait to get the prescription filled, I was expecting it to be ready last Tuesday, went on Wednesday and lo and behold was asked to come back on Friday! Unfortunately the doctor's surgery had not re-ordered my statins and I couldn't obtain a new supply until Monday (unless I wanted to pay the prescription charge for them at Boots!). Needless to say I went without for a couple of days...

Took time off work and travelled from Consett for a flu jab I booked 2 weeks earlier, to be told i could not have it unless I had health issues. Did not want to discuss health issues with 6 other people listening!! will not be back.
