Top Notch

I visited this salon last week. I highly recommend it. I was due to arrive late therefore after ringing to attempt to rebook my appointment I was very pleased to find that I was still able to have my appointment on the same day but later. I found this to be extremely kind and accommodating. I found the service absolutely fantastic nothing was too much trouble. As for my hair the lady who did it was extremely professional and I have never had my hair looking so nice. Linda the hair stylist did an amazing job on my fine hair giving the illusion of a thick head of hair with a beautiful shine. I had a lot of compliments on my hair, people that know me said they had never seen it looking so nice. After returning home I messaged the salon to ask what products were used as I was so very pleased with it. The response was almost immediate and without hesitation I was advised as to the products used. I feel that such a good salon deserves to be supported fully and I look forward to my next visit to it.Patricia

I arrived for my appointment had been very happy with Becky previously. I called into the salon a week before my appointment and discussed with Linda what I wanted, so they knew what time etc was required. I arrived on time to be told that Becky was unavailable (not Beckys fault whatsoever). I had left a number previously but was not notified. No general message left on their Facebook website either, which I may have picked up. I was unable to get home as my husband dropped me off because he had an appointment in Lincoln. Linda reluctantly agreed to use a highlight cap as she did not have time to do foils. I decided it was better than nothing. I chose a colour but was told it was too light so on the their advice I had the darker colour. The junior stylist washed it off however, she took the cap off first hence the colour bled into my blonde. It is an absolute disaster. Extremely unhappy at the unprofessional attitude. £43.00 wasted and it will cost me more to get it sorted out..

Had a massage and indian head massage and also an eyebrow tint plus hair colour with Keira 26.01 2023 and wow x I needed a pampering and I got one x was magnificent x thank you so much x I WILL be back x highly recommend

Went today for first time, absolutely first class service from Keira, took her time and listened to what I wanted, best cut and highlights I have ever had!

Had the best experience at this hair salon, such lovely professionals did an amazing job with my hair. Definitely recommend!!

Definitely the best place to go to . I've had my hair highlighted many times before but this is 100% the best hair due I've had

I have never been in a salon before and I am usually in a men's barber, so I didn't know what to expect and of course I was quite nervous being in a completely new environment but Top Notch made me feel welcome and comfortable.I was going for a men's perm and it turned out better than I had expected. I love it! However, I would've liked some information to how to care for my perm, when to wash and how to avoid pulling it out. Although, I would definitely recommend Top Notch. Thank you, I hope business goes well.

Ellyce was amazing!! I was able to fit in a last minute appointment and had my hair colored, cut and styled, nails plus eyebrows waxed. Friendly, welcoming, kind, clean and all round excellent experience. Highly recommend!
